Khymer’s Rest is not within a county – it is the seat of the Council.

Khymer’s Rest is to the south on the border of the Riven Wood. The mountain region to the far south begins the area known as the Barrow Lands (former home of the Gold Legion and current home of the former Realm of the Mechanus). Khymer’s Rest is the center for the Council that rules over Aricia. Each County sends a representative to the city to make laws for the country.

Phoenix Hold (Braengard) lies roughly in the center of Aricia and serves as the military focus for the entire country.

Seracin is the land closest to the northeast, nearest to Nexus. It is home to four duchies including Ulunstead (ruled now by the Baroness Erechea) and Aramakis (ruled by the Duke).
